Challenging In
Our initial focus will be on those experienced practitioners and course managers who want to pursue the "challenge in" process. Documentation of previous training and experience must be proven and submitted to CDI before taking the "challenge in" test.
Level I Challenging In
- Program Experience and Training - 100 hours
- Required Testing - Written and Practical Skills
Level II Challenging In
- Program Experience - 400 hours
- Full Certification Training - 80 hours
- Spotted Activities Only Training - 44 hours
- High Activities Only Training - 44 hours
- Site/Systems Specific Training - 20 hours
- Required Testing - Written and Practical Skills
CCM Challenging In
- Prior Certification - Level II*
- Managerial Training - 30 hours
- Program Experience - 600 hours
- Required Testing - Written and Practical Skills * Note the various requirements for Level II based on the type of certification you desire (e.g. full, spotted only).
